Here's a very high-level overview of the process you'll follow:

1 - Prepare and/or polish your investor docs

Prepare an investor-ready pitch deck and one pager, ready to send and share.

2 - Grow and target your LinkedIn investor network

Get your LinkedIn set up properly to find and target investors using our 'game-changing' LinkedIn investment strategy.

3 - Use our comms and marketing plans to contact potential investors

Use our tried and tested email and marketing plans to contact investors from initial contact through to collecting their investment.

4 - Collect your investments

Use one of our partners or your own legal team to collect your investments and close your round. (We'll intro you as part of our process, if needed).

Meet The Team

Between the three of us, we've supported almost £50million in equity funding. Kirsty and Richard began supporting businesses to raise investment back in 2015 and since then, we've supported our clients to raise almost £50million, with a focus on raises from £50k-£1million.

We're especially enthusiastic about working with entrepreneurs embarking on their first and second round of equity investment. We're based in the UK and NZ so our office hours are round the clock! Our clients find it particularly useful that we're often able to work on reviewing their work whilst they sleep, making our turnaround time unusually speedy.
